Topcon Solutions Store, an Autodesk Platinum Partner, will continue to provide world-class training, support, and workflow consulting services in the civil construction and BIM space. In the new Autodesk buying process, our team will guide you in selecting the right solutions, but the order and payment for your Autodesk subscriptions will be directly between you and Autodesk.

Why the change?

Previously, the buying process involved multiple steps between you, Autodesk, and Topcon Solutions Store. The new process aims to streamline your experience, making it more efficient, transparent, and straightforward.

What does this mean for you?

  • Advice and Guidance: We will still offer expert advice and quotations.
  • Direct Transactions: You'll receive separate invoices from Topcon Solutions for services and from Autodesk for subscriptions.
  • Unchanged Support: We will continue to provide post-sales support, training, and consulting.

    The process for purchasing Topcon and other third-party products, as well as Topcon Solutions services, remains unchanged. We are committed to ensuring a smooth transition and providing ongoing support as needed.
